as it forms a background humming

to the heartbeat of the earth.

hear the clarion call

of a myriad voices

summon all

to dance out their own rhythm

with the heartbeat of the earth.

In the dark of night

I will hold you close,

the seeded dreams,

the love and loss

to sing out my own rhythm
